Paulina Kozłowska, Foundress

For almost a decade, she has been dealing with rentals, real estate management and investment projects. Throughout my career, I have worked with clients on every level. I started with cleaning, and now for years I have been running my own company dealing with the entire spectrum of activities related to the housing market.


In July 2016, based on the experience and skills gained in property management and working with a demanding client, I decided to create my own brand, Elite Apartments.

The main motto of our company's activities is an individual approach to the client. In every situation, we want to meet all expectations, provide services at the highest level and inspire people using our offer.


We help clients at every stage of activities related to the selection of real estate, purchase, sale, renovation, equipment and selection of the appropriate business model for the facility.

Our goal is to adapt the property to rent, which will lead to the maximization of profits generated by it.
